Job Description:

To add maximum value to the Company by dealing efficiently and effectively with cash and accounting transactions, and providing support to the Finance department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Logging invoice on to the accounting package
• Scanning Invoices
• Invoices to be emailed to cost centre manager for Approval
• Chasing line managers for authorization
• Dealing with Suppliers
• Payment Runs
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Provide cover for the 'accounts clerks' in times of absence
• General filing
• Ad hoc tasks as appropriate

About You:
• A minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience
• Excel literate
• Numerate with demonstrable problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to use initiative and be a team player

You will be given your own area to govern which enables you build strong relationships with theses individuals. It is important that anomalies and discrepancies are identified and addressed quickly.
